Took effect Feb 7, 2026
In effectThe original Wells Fargo-issued Bilt Mastercard was discontinued (last usable Feb 6, 2026) after closing to new applicants on Nov 5, 2025. Existing holders moved to a new Bilt Card 2.0 (issued by Cardless, in $0/$95/$495 tiers) or were auto-converted to a no-fee Wells Fargo Autograph. The old 3x dining / 2x travel earn rates ended: the no-fee replacement earns just 1x-1.25x.

We value Bilt Rewards at a conservative 1.1c/point (a motivated redeemer can reach ~2c). Unique value is earning points on rent with no fee. Transfer partners are solid (Hyatt, United, Atmos/Alaska). Note American AAdvantage dropped as a Bilt partner in June 2024 (reach AA only via oneworld partners like British Airways or Cathay now). See how we value points.

Where the points actually shine
These are the airlines and hotels this card's points move to. You transfer points out of Bilt Rewards into the partner's own program, then book an available award there. Compare the actual award cost, fees, and portal price before transferring. “1:1” means 1,000 of your points become 1,000 of theirs. The full guide for Bilt Rewards.
