A working contact inbox is not available yet. We cannot promise that a message to a previously listed address will reach us.

Contact is pending

We will post a verified way to reach us here once the inbox is ready. For product questions, see the Help & FAQ. For data licensing information, see the valuation standard. Privacy requests and security reports currently have no verified intake route; please check this page for an update before sending sensitive information.

Choose the next step

Tool trouble: read Help and recovery steps.
A price or valuation to check: inspect program rationale and the linked issuer or program sources. Correction intake is pending.
An account, charge, application, or booking: contact the issuer, airline, or hotel directly.
Privacy or security: review your local-data choices. Verified report intake remains pending.

We can't help with your actual accounts

Honest Points is a research tool, not a bank or card issuer. We can't see your credit cards, points balances, or applications, and we can't change them, check an application's status, or dispute a charge. For anything about a real account, contact your card issuer or hotel/airline program directly: they're the only ones who can act on it.
